Now Seriously......

Do you walk into your local grocery store, copy of the preceding week's ad in hand, and say "You had steak on sale last week but I couldn't get here. Can I have it for this price (pointing to your ad with a picture of a steak on it) this week?"

If you answered "No", then stop coming into MY store and thinking that it is appropriate behavior. I remind you that we are a major discount retailer and not a live version of "Let's Make a Deal" or your cousin's garage sale. There's a reason we put those dates in the ad that state "prices valid from this date to that one."

Just a current pet peeve of mine and one of the situations that requires me to restrain the impulse to drop my jaw and ask "Are you fucking joking???"
